We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who’s motivated to build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help people find the right mortgage solutions.

\n- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, real estate professionals, and community partners
- Evaluate borrower needs and recommend mortgage products that align with both customer goals and bank guidelines
- Analyze financial and credit data to determine appropriate loan programs and risk levels
- Manage each loan from application through closing with attention to accuracy, communication, and timeliness
- Maintain an active pipeline, ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed efficiently
- Represent Dundee Bank with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
- Proven success in mortgage lending, sales, or relationship management
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan origination systems
- 5 years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain a strong referral network
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market
- Track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
- Prior experience in banking, loan processing, or underwriting
