At Duncraft, we’re more than just a shipping center — we’re a family-owned business passionate about backyard bird feeding. For over 70 years, we’ve designed, built, and shipped high-quality bird feeders, birdhouses, and backyard nature products that customers trust — and birds love.
Now, we’re looking for a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to help us get our products into the hands of our loyal customers. If you take pride in being accurate, staying organized, and working as part of a team that truly cares, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Own:
Order Picking & Packing: Accuracy matters — our customers count on us to get it right.
Pick and pack orders efficiently and carefully using a paper manifest.
Double-check accuracy and pack orders for safe, economical shipping.
Handle returns: inspect products, sort accessories, and restock inventory.
Shipping & Inventory Support: Keep the flow moving.
Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
Meter, label, and load packages for shipment.
Pitch in wherever needed — from shipping to manufacturing — because teamwork is what keeps us moving.
Manufacturing Support: Help build when shipping slows down.
Assist the team by assembling bird feeders and birdhouses using hand tools and following safety guidelines.
Follow work orders and meet production goals while keeping quality in mind.
Safety, Cleanliness & Teamwork: Protect yourself, your team, and our customers.
Use machinery and tools carefully and follow all safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors to keep things running smoothly.
About You:
You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting the job done right.
You’re comfortable on your feet all day, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and moving quickly.
You work well independently but know when to ask for help.
You’re organized, accurate, and good at keeping track of the details.
You’ve got solid communication skills and work well with others.
You’re flexible — ready to shift between shipping, inventory, and manufacturing as needed.
Basic math skills and record-keeping are no problem for you.
