Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Location: Concord, NH (In-Person)
Hours: Monday–Friday, Hourly

Duncraft is a family-owned company with over 70 years of history, specializing in high-quality products for bird enthusiasts and backyard nature lovers. We create products that make bird feeding fun, easy, and rewarding.
The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can make Duncraft shine — across print, web, and digital. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you’ll design everything from ads and landing pages to product photos and video clips.
You’ll help shape our visual style, support marketing campaigns, and create content that connects with customers while driving engagement. If you’re creative, organized, and ready to jump in, this could be your next perch.
What You’ll Do
- Design and create for digital and print — including social posts, web graphics, landing pages, catalogs, and email campaigns
- Develop creative for digital ads that perform — tracking what works to boost ROI, revenue growth, and customer retention with marketing team
- Develop web page creative layouts, blogs and eBook designs, and help with content entry on Shopify
- Capture and edit product photography and short-form videos
- Prep and organize files for web and print — keeping everything clean and easy to find
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to keep the brand fresh, consistent, and on track
- Support new programs and adapt quickly when priorities shift (because they do!)
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere a plus)
- Experience designing for social, web, email, and print
- Understanding of marketing goals, ROI, and how design drives performance
- Bonus points for Shopify, Klaviyo, or web content experience
- Comfortable exploring new tools, including AI design and writing tools to speed up creative work
- A creative eye, strong layout skills, and attention to detail
- Solid file management and organizational habits
- Someone who’s fun to work with, flexible under pressure, and loves to make things look amazing
