We are growing and have an open position for a HVAC Territory Manager for our location in Champaign, IL.
Our HVAC Territory Manager develops and maintains customer relationships that generate sales opportunities. They educate customers on products and programs Duncan Supply and the manufacturers offer. The HVAC Territory Manager also finds and develops new account opportunities selling customers on Duncan Supply products and value-added services.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience (Preferred)
- Professional experience or some College is (Preferred)
- HVAC or Refrigeration knowledge (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required)
- Valid Driver license with safe driving record (Required)

Pay: Base Salary $30-50K plus eligibility for commission. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual performance and business results.

Work Location: Based out of our Champaign, IL branch with daily travel throughout the assigned sales territory. This position requires regular customer visits and occasional travel outside territory for training and meetings.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
