Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, etc.)
- Provide clear explanations of repair needs and costs
- Process payments and maintain accurate job records
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every visit
- Work closely with your team to strengthen company performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical skills
- Willingness to learn quickly and apply new skills
