🌱 About the Role
As an Forklift Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our post-harvest operations running smoothly. You’ll help move, organize, and track product from the field through our cooling and shipping process—making sure everything is handled safely and accurately.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Operate a forklift safely and perform daily equipment inspections
- Receive product from the field and unload into cooling areas
- Organize and stack product on pallets for transport
- Weigh product and record accurate production data
- Move cooled product throughout the facility
- Wrap and secure loads for shipment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Report any safety concerns or damaged product
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to support operations
✅ What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of forklift experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Ability to travel to different work locations as needed
- Must be 18 years old

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather (30°F–110°F)
- Physically active role (lifting, walking, bending, climbing, etc.)
- Flexible schedule required (days, nights, weekends based on harvest needs)
