Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform framing work including metal stud framing and dimensional measurements for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
• Install drywall, stucco, siding, trim carpentry, roofing materials, and other finishing elements with precision.
• Execute concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry tasks to support structural integrity.
• Operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with Foreman and other tradespeople to interpret construction plans accurately.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks efficiently while maintaining proper technique to prevent injury.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in carpentry and related trades such as masonry, roofing, drywall, and siding.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills), tape measures, and other essential equipment.
• Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, roofing techniques, and wood working.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and schematics for various construction applications.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations accurately.
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in diverse weather conditions is essential.

Pay: $28.22 - $33.99 per hour
