What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (7a-7p & 7p-7a) position at Dunbar Village Nursing Home and Rehab?
We are seeking full time LPNs to help our team continue to provide care for the whole person in a professional and compassionate approach. We offer competitive pay with great benefits and strongly encourage growth through educational opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Administer ordered medications and collect vital signs
- Evaluation of elders’ current health status, communication with supervisors and NP for noted changes in an elder
- Observe and document elders’ progression with treatments, behaviors, changes in status
- Communication and education for elders and families about diseases, preventative treatment, medications, and plan of care
- Provide leadership and supervision of CNAs
