Job Title: Part-Time Unarmed Security OfficerLocation: Hershey Retail Site
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a high-traffic retail location. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence, ensure a safe environment for customers and staff, and provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies.
Schedule:
- Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Monday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the retail floor
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, disturbances, and safety hazards
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors as needed
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Report incidents accurately and promptly
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior security experience preferred but not required
