Payrate: $17.50 hr

Summary/ObjectiveDunbar Security Site Supervisor is responsible for conducting normal officer operations and ensuring guards are in proper uniform, all posts are manned and guarded in accordance with existing post orders to assure security of life and property. Also responsible for training security guards on various shifts.Essential Functions1. Ensure all guards are in proper uniform, all posts are manned and being guarded in accordance with existing post orders and Dunbar rules, regulations and policies Obtains help by sounding alarms.2. Ensure compliant staffing, guard training, and managing uniform inventory and controls. 3. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers. Interact with clients and management to address and resolve concerns.4. Prepare accurate and thorough reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, conflict encounters or unusual occurrences.5. Receive call offs and review work schedules to identify a replacement for that assignment while attempting to keep overtime at a minimum. In the event of an open post, the field supervisor is to fill that post until relieved.6. Comply with all state license and certification requirements as well as company standards related to the operation of vehicles, performing guard functions.7. Once aware of any unusual occurrences or violations of Dunbar rules, regulations, or policies, the Field Supervisor is required to document the incident and initiate appropriate action, including disciplinary action, if necessary.8. Pick-up and delivery of any documents or other materials which must be delivered to or retrieved from a Dunbar site.9. Perform administrative duties required for maintaining proper documentation of field and command staff.10. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of Commander’s office.11. Other duties as required.
