Total Hours: 24 hours per week

Job Summary:We are seeking a part-time Security Officer for a gated community in Leesburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to provide strong customer service while helping maintain a safe and secure community environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the gated community
• Verify residents, guests, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports when needed
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Follow all post orders and company policies

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Security experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol as required
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
