• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary

Dunbar Security Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Flex Security Officer to provide security services at National Retail Systems, a warehouse facility in Jessup, Maryland. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control gate access for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers.
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the warehouse property.
• Verify credentials and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or unsafe conditions.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security concerns.
• Enforce client policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Previous warehouse or security experience is preferred but not required.
