Summary/Objective

The HR Generalist aids with and facilitates the human resources processes. They must be able to multi-task, problem solve, and maintain a professional demeanor and an organized workplace.

Essential Functions

1. Assist in managing the Worker’s Comp and Auto Claims process.
2. Coordinate and handle sensitive and confidential information with the HR Manager while assisting in Employee Relations investigations.
3. Assist in administrating health and welfare plans, including monthly and annual enrollments.
4. Scheduling interviews and the recruitment process in conjunction with the Branch Admin, as needed.
5. Manage onboarding process for new branches and assisting Branch Admins with site launches.
6. Manage compliance monthly (i.e. state licenses, driver’s license, green card)
7. Managing and updating Driving Roster for all branches.
8. Respond to employment verification requests.
9. Respond to questions and requests for information.
10. Regular Attendance, required
11. The ability to work all scheduled hours, including after hours
12. Must be willing to travel as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

1. Must have a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or similar field, relevant experience may be considered.
2. One to three years proven working experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to function well in a team environment.
5. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
6. Strong problem solving, investigation and analytical skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
