Location: Lexington Park, Maryland

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer for a shopping center in Lexington Park, Maryland. This position is responsible for patrolling the property in a vehicle, monitoring the shopping center, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment.

Job Duties

• Patrol the shopping center in a security vehicle
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns
• Enforce site rules and post orders professionally
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports
• Communicate with management, tenants, visitors, and supervisors
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Prior security or patrol experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to patrol in a vehicle during the shift
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must have good communication and report-writing skills
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Must meet state and company requirements for unarmed security work
