Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Wednesday thru Sunday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to provide overnight vehicle patrol services for a residential housing development. The Security Officer will assist Property Management in ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and authorized visitors, while enforcing community parking regulations and monitoring the overall premises.

This position requires vigilance, strong observational skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout the housing development

Monitor the premises to identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations

Enforce community parking regulations and issue parking violations as needed

Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports

Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations

Provide professional and courteous service to residents and authorized visitors

Maintain regular communication with Property Management as required

Perform interior and exterior patrols, including common areas, streets, and parking areas

Other duties as assigned

Certification Requirements (All)

MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification
