Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shift:
- Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Overview: Dunbar Security Solutions is hiring a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight security services at a gated residential community in Leesburg, Virginia. This position is responsible for access control, foot patrols, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Control access to the community and verify authorized entry.
- Monitor visitor, resident, and vendor activity.
- Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
- Maintain a strong security presence during the overnight shift.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
- Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors.
