Essential Functions

1. Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions.
2. Works with management to process job requisitions.
3. Coordinates with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process for positions.
4. Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, social media and advertising agencies.
5. Screens and interviews applicants (by phone or in person). 
6. Extends verbal and written contingent job offers.
7. Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers including benefits, compensation, locations and uniforms.
8. Conducts background checks and new-hire drug testing.
9. Maintains employee referral program and works with HR to ensure payment through payroll process.
10. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking systems (ATS).
11. Completes weekly report on employment activity.
12. Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy and applicable federal and state laws.
13. Assist with the weekly timekeeping process by ensuring hourly employees have clocked in and clocked out for the week.
14. Manage Lighthouse Software for DC METRO Branch.
15. Support with Benefits Enrollment for DC METRO Branch Security Staff.
16. Track Guard Card license information and renewals as well as inventory/distribution of uniforms.
17. Manages HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
18. Assist with new employee orientation.
19. Minimal travel, if any
20. Regular Attendance required.
21. The ability to work all scheduled hours, including all the necessary overtime.
22. Other duties as assigned.
