Specializing in overseeing complex endeavors, this role emphasizes technical proficiency, continuous leadership growth, and effective resource coordination. Responsibilities include QA/QC, project sealing, and mentoring. Actively involved in business development, maintaining client relationships, and supporting Line of Business initiatives to drive success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Once selected to join our team, you will:
- Oversee multiple and multi-discipline projects, fostering and maintaining client relationships
- Manage large and intricate projects with necessary oversight
- Be responsible for structural design, ensuring continuity throughout the load path and meticulous detailing in alignment with design intent
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes for all projects, serving as a QA/QC resource within their expertise
- Ensure accuracy and timely scheduling for all managed projects, supporting direct reports in achieving their project schedules
- Achieve Dunaway's KPIs on managed projects and support direct reports in meeting your project KPI goals
- Preparation of proposals
- Manages multiple staff, oversees employee performance, and actively supports employee development
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of plans for the Line of Business
- Execute the sales plan for the Line of Business
- Other duties as assigned
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bentley products
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or 12 years of relevant civil design experience
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
- 15 years of progressive project leadership experience with a portfolio that includes, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors
- Strong written, verbal, and drawing communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility, and an understanding of market forces pertaining to fees, scope, and schedule requirements
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills
