What you’ll do Translate prints and raw stock into accurate parts under guidance.Build G-code fluency and learn the HAAS control interface.Perform careful inspections—dimensional checks and quality verification—before job completion.Operate both CNC and manual equipment, including vertical/horizontal boring mills and lathes. How you’ll advance Own complete setups, programming, and part production to specification.Develop working knowledge of conversational programming.Machine steel and flame-cut materials confidently.Leverage high-speed inserts for throughput and surface finish.Apply GD&T and blueprint interpretation to meet every requirement. Must-have background Graduate of a formal machining training program.Up to 5 years of manual machining experience.Up to 3 years programming/operating on a HAAS panel.
