About the Role
Dumpster Crunchers is a mobile dumpster compaction service helping commercial clients reduce haul frequency and cut waste costs. You'll operate our Freightliner M2 compaction truck, visiting client sites on a set route to compact dumpster loads — saving customers money on every stop. We're growing fast, and this role grows with us.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial Freightliner M2 compaction truck safely and professionally on an semi-established route
- Use a ladder to access dumpsters and operate compaction equipment at each stop
- Potentially Move debris inside dumpsters during compaction — some lifting required
- Represent Dumpster Crunchers with a friendly, professional attitude at every client site
- Follow all safety protocols and complete daily vehicle inspections
- Complete route logs, service confirmations, and basic daily paperwork
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean record — CDL preferred but not required (we'll work with the right candidate)
- Comfortable operating a large commercial vehicle in tight commercial parking lots
- Physically capable of climbing a ladder, lifting 50 lbs, and working on and around the truck throughout your shift
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — you'll often be running your route solo
- Friendly and professional with business owners and site contacts at every stop
- Comfortable working outdoors in Colorado weather year-round

- Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience

We're purchasing a second truck and hours will expand with it. The right driver has a clear path to full-time employment with benefits as the business scales. My goal is to pay the best people, the highest wage. Right now we're a small startup and focused on creating something incredible special — come build it with us.
