HIRING: General Labor & Foreman – Junk Removal (Central Maine)

The Dump Guy is hiring motivated laborers and foremen for junk removal jobs across Central Maine. If you like physical work, being outdoors, and earning bonuses on top of hourly pay, this is for you. Employees will report to our shop in Sidney every day for work.

The Job

· Physical junk removal work in 2-4 person crews

· Customer-facing, fast-paced days

· Drive truck & trailer (Foreman role requisite)

Requirements

· Reliable and on time

· Lift 20–50 lbs repeatedly

· Positive attitude and clear communication

· Valid driver’s license & clean record (Foreman requisite)

Pay & Benefits

· Experienced Foremen Starting at $20/hour base pay

· Foremen earn $22–$25/hour with incentives

· Passengers Start $18/hour base pay

· Passengers earn $19-$22/hour with incentives

· Time & a half after 40 hours, double time after 50

· Tips, commissions & bonuses add $3–$5/hr

· Health, dental, vision, PTO

· Simple IRA with 3% company match

Schedule

· Start times between 6:30–7:30 AM

· Monday-Friday with Saturdays optional
