Who We're Looking For
We're hiring enthusiastic and dependable Team Members who can work across multiple areas of the café, including barista duties, cashier responsibilities, and ice cream service.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Prepare coffee beverages, smoothies, specialty drinks, and boba teas (training provided)
- Scoop ice cream and prepare desserts according to company standards
- Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Help create a positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, food service, retail, or café experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
