- Weekend shifts/Holidays: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Evening shifts: 11:30am-8:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm
- Day shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm

- sonographic procedures according to department standard in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provides patient education in the form of written material and/or verbal explanation prior to, during and subsequent to the procedure in order to reduce the patient’s anxiety and enhancehis/her comfort zone with respect to tolerance of the procedures
- Produces examinations that meet image quality standards in accordance to department protocols.
- Submits images for physician interpretation.
- Verifies accuracy of: patient demographic information, pertinent clinical diagnosis, and required technical results. Data must be entered accurately and in a timely fashion to provide optimalpatient care.
- Verifies all technical data entry components are complete prior to the end of shift.
- Monitors stock of supplies in imagining rooms to assure their regular availability by timely reordering, rotation of dated items, and by maintenance of a clean and orderly environment.
- Reports incidences of equipment failure.
- Actively supports organizational changes.
- Adheres to institutional safety procedures as described in the institutional safety program.
- Actively participates in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Works closely with nurses and physicians to achieve positive outcomes and optimal patient flow.
- Performs job functions while modeling service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others.
EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
- Must be flexible in covering different locations.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography with 1-3 years work experience.
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification required. EXPERIENCE: -
- 1-3 years of Ultrasound Experience
Salary : $35 - $53
