Responsibilities
As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:
- Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Weiser E. Cordero, MD | Duly Health and Care.
- Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Cordero.
- Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
- Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Cordero clinical staff members, and management.
- Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
- Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
- Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Family Medicine and more than 1,600 Duly providers

- Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Previous experience in Family Medicine or similar setting preferred.
- New Graduate APP candidates encouraged to apply.
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
