We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sewing / Shop Assistant to join our growing custom apparel team in Duluth!
Position Overview: You will primarily operate a flatbed sewing machine to apply patches, clip labels, and perform other sewing tasks. You will also assist across the shop with catching shirts, order fulfillment, staging garments for decoration, and general shop support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed sewing machine for patch application and label clipping
- Catch and inspect printed/embroidered garments
- Help with order fulfillment and packing
- Stage items for screen printing and embroidery
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating a flatbed sewing machine (required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
