Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
Essential Functions
Be apart of the day-to-day aspects of the sales floor, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests of Duluth Kitchen Company and Market Gourmet
- Assisting with incoming freight in a timely-organized manner
- Completing daily tasks based on what is happening around the store.
- Assisting in the visual merchandising of the store
- Staying calm during period of high volume, or unexpected circumstances
Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) experience not required, but strongly encouraged.
- Prior knowledge of retail and visual merchandising, not required, but strongly encouraged.
- Must have daytime, evening, as well as weekend availability.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
