Franciscan Health Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Casual RN position. The Casual RN will provide safe, compassionate, and resident-centered nursing care while working closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, completing accurate documentation, communicating with healthcare providers, and responding appropriately to residents' needs.
