- Maintain store cleanliness, organize stockroom areas, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and appealin.
Skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
- Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or overseeing daily operations
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills with bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures ensures smooth transaction processing
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and build customer loyalty
- Basic math skills for daily operations such as balancing registers and calculating discounts or totals
