We are searching for 2 entry-level Technicians to begin their careers in the Automotive industry in our Quick-lane. Where you start at Duluth Dodge is only the beginning! We are offering the right candidates training, Chrysler Certification, and an opportunity to advance in the highly lucrative automotive repair industry. • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and perform basic automobile and truck maintenance.
• Follow procedures and processes to ensure a positive, safe outcome during the inspection and maintenance process.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. 
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Desire to enter the Automotive Service Industry.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
