Appliance Technician

Duluth Appliance Repair is a local, women-owned company seeking self-motivated, proactive individuals to join our team as Appliance Repair Technicians. This is a commission-only position with the opportunity for flexible hours and the chance to learn valuable skills in appliance repair.

We aim to provide needed services to the community, as well as to offer a supportive work environment where the technician's skills are recognized and their career development is encouraged.

**Responsibilities:**

-Drive own vehicle to multiple client homes per day .

- Diagnose and repair various household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Maintain personal supply of tools and parts needed for appliance repairs and maintenance. Tools can be purchased upfront by the business and paid for through an agreed payment plan.

- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for repairs.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience preferred but not required; we can provide comprehensive training and will compensate for during the training period.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly while working alone.

- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
