Overview
We are seeking a skilled (Master/A-level )Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance, particularly with small and medium trucks. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all automotive services are performed to the highest standards. Shift time: 500am-300pm.
- Full-time auto technician for servicing all makes and models.
- Virginia State Inspector and Emissions Inspectors encouraged to apply
- At least 5 ASE certifications required
- State inspector and emissions inspector are a bonus

Duties
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and diesel engine repair.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive service, with a focus on small/medium trucks preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various makes and models.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with powertrain systems and diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in a workshop environment.
