We are a well-established dry cleaning business in Ashburn Virginia , known for providing excellent customer service and professional garment care. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused representative to join our team.
This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys working with customers and is dependable and organized.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services.
- Process customer orders, payments, pickups, and drop-offs.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information.
- Handle customer inquiries and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Check orders for accuracy and communicate special requests or concerns.
- Keep the customer-service area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory and other daily store operations as needed.
Requirements
- Full-time availability, 5 or 6 days per week.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must live in Ashburn or a nearby area; close proximity to the store is preferred
$15.00/hour | Full-Time | Minimum 35 Hours/Week | Saturday Required | Consistent, Year-Round Work
