Job Overview
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting team members, and making sure customers receive excellent service. This position helps maintain an organized, clean, and productive work environment while ensuring employees follow company policies, complete daily tasks, and meet store expectations.

Responsibilities
The Supervisor will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store as needed, supervising employees during their shift, and making sure all assigned duties are completed correctly. This includes assisting customers, resolving customer concerns, restocking products, maintaining a clean sales floor, checking inventory levels, organizing merchandise, placing prices on products, and making sure coolers and candy displays are fully stocked.

The Supervisor must also help train new employees, monitor employee performance, assign daily tasks, and communicate any issues or updates to management. They are expected to lead by example, support the team during busy hours, and make sure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.

Experience and Requirements
Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred. Prior leadership or supervisor experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with both customers and team members.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle customer concerns professionally, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Basic cash handling experience, inventory knowledge, and the ability to train and guide employees are preferred.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
