As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations of both the restaurant and coffee bar.
• Managing and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe or equivalent standards.
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets effectively.
• Creating a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and employees.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager who brings a combination of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• A valid ServSafe certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
