Schedule
- (5) 8 hour evening shifts (1 p.m.-9 p.m.), Monday to Friday
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $8,000 for eligible applicants.

- Provide professional hospice nursing care in home or alternate settings in accordance with North Carolina nursing regulations and agency standards.
- Assess patient conditions, manage symptoms, and communicate significant changes to physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and families on disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care to promote comfort and understanding.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, support discharge planning, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN encouraged after two years of service.
- Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
- CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Hospice experience required for this evening shift position.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance coverage.
- Two years of med-surgical, critical care, home health, or hospice experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently in home settings.
