Anticipated Pay Range:
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $61,698.00 to USD $100,480.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

- Plan, lead, and facilitate project team meetings
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Develop detailed task lists and standard operating procedures
- Drive project initiation and management activities
- Train, manage, and mentor project team personnel
- Organize academic-focused events and symposia
- Produce documents and presentations
- Work with functional managers to resolve schedule and resource conflicts; escalate difficult project issues as appropriate
Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree. Additional training in Project Management or related training is desired.
- Two years of experience in project management, with increasing scope and independence. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to independently drive multiple projects at one time
- Demonstrated experience delivering quality project outcomes and meeting project deadlines
- Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and time management skills
- Knowledge of higher education administration
- Well qualified candidates will have knowledge of Duke’s academic structure and resources
