Duke Rentals is hiring a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our territory based out of Forest Lake, MN, with a focus on the surrounding area including Saint Cloud, MN. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who excels in building strong customer relationships, driving revenue, and working independently.
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the construction and equipment rental industry. You will work closely with the local branch and sales leadership to deliver excellent customer service and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory
Conduct regular sales calls to construction offices and job sites
Grow rental, sales, and service opportunities
Promote Duke Rentals' services and represent our brand with professionalism
Collaborate with the store team and sales management
Qualifications:
3 years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of construction industry a plus
Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $40,000 - $125,000 (base commission)
401(k) match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Paid time off and flexible scheduling
Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
Work Location:
Based out of our Forest Lake, MN branch, with travel in the northern Minneapolis area
