Outside Sales Representative - Appleton, WI

Duke Rentals is hiring! We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Appleton, WI at our newest location.

This individual will be responsible for independently developing and growing a territory by building strong customer relationships and driving revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the rental equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory
• Conduct regular sales calls to construction offices and job sites
• Grow rental, sales, and service opportunities
• Promote Duke Rentals' services and represent our brand with professionalism
• Collaborate with the store team and sales management
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of construction industry a plus
• Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license required
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000
• 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Paid time off and flexible scheduling
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM
