Since 2004, the RealClean brand has continuously raised the bar for our clients, helping their aircraft to soar with unmatched brilliance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of detailing services including:Exterior wet/dry wash, waxing, and paint revitalizationBrightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishmentFull interior detailing, leather cleaning/conditioningCarpet and upholstery extraction, stain removalLavatory and galley sanitation, wood and trim polishingWork closely with your team to complete each job on time and to standardFollow all safety protocols and wear proper protective gearRepresent the company with professionalism at client sites and airportsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeWhat We’re Looking For:Hard-working and detail-orientedTakes pride in their work and contributes positively to the teamComfortable following standard operating procedures and safety protocolsPhysically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periodsExperience in detailing, cleaning services, or aviation preferredValid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekendsAbility to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checksComfortable traveling occasionally for assignments (company covers travel costs)FAA Compliance: This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations.
