As a Polisher you will be responsible for grinding and polishing welds to blend with factory finishing and correct
any defects. Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a team are essential for success in this role.

- Operate high-speed grinders, cut-off wheels, polishing wheels, hammers, and handheld Scotch-Brite tools safely and effectively.
- Grind, blend, polish, and finish stainless steel surfaces to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for scratches, dents, weld marks, and other surface imperfections.
- Maintain polishing tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues to supervision
- Follow safety rules
- Wear required PPE for area
