What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Assistant position at Duke Evett, PLLC?
Duke Evett is one of Idaho’s most experienced trial law firms and is seeking a full-time project assistant to support our busy litigation team. Duties include assembling records for events (meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials), inventorying and ordering office supplies, delivering and retrieving materials to/ from court and other office locations, copying and scanning, filing, and assisting with reception duties.
Candidates must be able to follow multi-step instructions, function well under pressure, stay organized, and have experience with Microsoft and similar applications. Standard office hours are Mon-Fri and additional hours may be required during trials and might include early mornings, evenings, and some weekend help. Experience working in an office setting and/or in a law firm is not required for this position, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
