What You’ll Do
As a Survey Interviewer, you’ll play a key role in collecting meaningful data that informs public health research. You will:
- Conduct phone interviews with selected participants.
- Administer structured survey questionnaires.
- Enter responses using Qualtrics on tablets.
- Perform short eligibility check-ins prior to interviews.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, compassionate, and committed to excellence.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ghanaian-born interviewers strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in health or population research, especially in-person and phone interviewing, is highly valued.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Twi or Ga (Ghanaian languages).
- Familiarity with Qualtrics and Excel.
