What You Will Get to Do:
- Work closely with Technical Leads and Senior Architects to design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure applications.
- Contribute to both back-end and front-end development efforts, building robust services alongside responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following established best practices and coding standards.
- Participate actively in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical discussions to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software engineering to continuously improve products and processes.
Required Skills:
- Experience programming with Java.
- Strong understanding of database design and development, including proficiency in querying SQL.
- Familiarity with API design, development, and integration (REST).
- Familiarity deploying to Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience building and deploying applications using Docker containers.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- In-depth experience troubleshooting application-level and integration issues.
- Ability to support the design of systems and associated software architecture.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications, services, and software integration.
Qualifications You Will Bring:
- Five (5) years' experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar work, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
