What You’ll Do:

• At DuGood, we don’t just handle transactions we build relationships. In this role, you'll supervise and support a team of Member Relations Reps (our awesome Tellers!) while also rolling up your sleeves to serve our members directly.
• You will lead by example with outstanding service and professionalism
• Help your team grow through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Jump in on day-to-day branch activities like opening accounts, processing loans, and making sure the vault is in exceptional shape
• Handle complex transactions and occasional challenges with a calm, helpful spirit
• A heart for service, a head for problem-solving, and a calm presence under pressure

What You Bring:

• Experience as a teller (vault/head teller experience!)
• Past supervisory experience
• A warm, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help people
• The ability to stay cool under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• A keen eye for details and a head for problem-solving
