Duties
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks and pallet jacks safely to load and unload goods efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to uphold inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment efforts.
- Assist in shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying trade compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
