What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Duggin Does It?
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with ongoing property maintenance, general labor, and some light mechanical work across our properties in Mt Juliet and Lebanon, TN. This is steady, part-time work with flexible hours—not a desk job. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and looking for consistent side work, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Yard work and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, general upkeep)
- Indoor and outdoor cleaning
- Trash removal
- Basic property maintenance and handyman tasks (minor repairs, touch-ups, etc.)
- Light facilities maintenance and upkeep
- Assisting with equipment and trailer maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined -- comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
- Dependable and shows up on time, every time
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all conditions
- Willing to learn new skills and take on more over time
Schedule & Pay
- 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible hours
- Occasional early mornings as needed
- $14-$17/hour depending on experience and skill level
