This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Francisco, CA, for a Funeral Arranger (Bilingual - English/Spanish). The Funeral Arranger will work closely with families to plan and execute funeral services that honor their loved ones. Responsibilities include coordinating service details, handling logistics, providing emotional support to families, and collaborating with funeral homes and third-party vendors. The role also involves ensuring all services are carried out professionally and compassionately, while honoring cultural and religious practices as well as family preferences.
- Proficiency in Embalming and experience working in Funeral Homes
- Expertise in Family Services and ability to provide personalized and compassionate support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with families and colleagues
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cultural and religious traditions related to funeral services is a plus
