We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Waterjet Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
Operate and maintain our Flow CNC Waterjet Cutting System while producing precision components from a variety of materials including:
- Carbon Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Aluminum
- Plastics
- Composite Materials
- Tooling Materials
This position requires someone who is safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a Flow CNC Waterjet
- Set up jobs according to blueprints and work instructions
- Verify material type and thickness before processing
- Load and unload material using overhead cranes and forklifts
- Monitor cut quality and make necessary adjustments
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Maintain garnet levels, water quality, and machine consumables
- Complete routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer expectations
Qualifications
- Solid Works experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience operating CNC lasers, plasma tables, routers, machining centers, or mills is highly desirable
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints
- Experience using calipers and other precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubles hooting skills
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Typical Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (Day shift), 3:00 PM-11:45 (Night shift)
Overtime may be available based on customer demand and workload.
