Your Responsibilities In This Role
- Recruit diverse, top-tier talent with a focus on both active and passive candidates, especially with self-perform concrete experience in Engineering and Construction Management.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle: advertising, sourcing, phone screening, tracking candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Actively participate in onboarding and conduct new hire orientations.
- Build strong relationships with job placement services, construction associations, high schools, colleges, and career tech schools in Cincinnati and other markets.
- Assist with our co-op program as needed: collaboration with students, career fairs, hiring events, student events and brand promotion at top universities.
- Effectively manage your time while meeting deadlines and hiring goals.
- 1-3 Years of proven experience in recruiting
- Experience or knowledge in construction recruiting, especially self-perform concrete, field operations, or skilled trades, is preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible and self-driven with respect to confidentiality
