Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for sitework, concrete, and civil projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
- Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Develop budgets and value engineering options to optimize project costs.
- Transition successful bids to operations, supporting project kickoff and scheduling.
- Utilize prior project management experience to provide input on constructability, sequencing, and cost impacts.
- Track bid results and maintain relationships with clients and trade partners.
- Must-Have: 5 years commercial construction experience, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, software proficiency (Excel, Bluebeam).
- Preferred: Experience with concrete, earthwork. Prior experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
